Paul Miles is an esports & sim racing veteran of over 25 years. Going back to 2002 when he began promoting Halo:CE events. A decade later, in late 2012, he founded the Sim Auto Racing Association, a short track racing league that still operates with Matt Rolfe at the helm. In addition to esports & sim racing, Paul has spent the last 15 years working in traditional sports, and has held positions as wide ranging as assistant GM of an ice hockey team, to matchmaker for an MMA promotion. Paul also had a stint as part of the track announce team at his local short track. He currently works in sports as a play by play announcer, calling high school and college sports. Now, in 2026, he intends to bring all that experience to bear to build ORCA into a premier racing organization in the sim racing community.
